Welcome to Brindis. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Brindis is free to download and use, with optional in-app purchases. The free plan seats up to 30 guests in a single event, with every design tool included, and is fully local. Optional purchases unlock more: a one-time Premium purchase removes the 30-guest limit and adds cloud sync for one pinned event, and a Pro annual subscription lets you manage and sync multiple events at the same time. The price and exactly what each unlocks are shown in the app before you buy. All payments are processed by the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play) under its own refund and cancellation policies. The Pro subscription renews automatically each year until you cancel it; you can manage or cancel it anytime in your store account settings. These terms will be updated if the plans change.
Brindis is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Because your data lives in your device's local storage (and, only if you opt in, in your cloud account), we strongly recommend you export your seating plan as a PNG image before the event, in case your local data is cleared or sync is unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brindis and its authors and operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the app, including but not limited to lost event data due to local storage being cleared or cloud sync being unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
These terms may be updated; the current version is always available at this URL.
